Where's my order?
Because every piece is handmade to order in our workshops in and around Delhi, your order moves through two distinct stages, and it's worth knowing what to expect from each.
Stage one — making (approx. 4 to 6 weeks)
Your rug is woven, finished and quality-checked specifically for your order. There's no tracking number for this stage because nothing has shipped yet — your rug is on a loom, not in a truck. We'll email you an order confirmation immediately, and we'll reach out proactively if timelines shift for any reason, rather than leaving you to wonder.
Stage two — shipping (tracked door to door)
Once your rug is finished and packed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the rest of the way, door to door. This is the point at which tracking actually becomes useful — before this email arrives, tracking numbers won't exist yet, and that's normal, not a sign anything's wrong.

Something not adding up?
Can't find your tracking, notice the estimate has passed, or something looks off with the courier's status? Email contact@monolithandheart.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you — you shouldn't have to be the one following up with a courier.
