Made to order, then shipped to your door
Every Monolith & Heart rug is handwoven or hand-knotted to order in our workshops in and around Delhi, India — nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf. That's what makes each piece genuinely yours, and it's also why delivery happens in two stages rather than one.
1. Making — approximately 4 to 6 weeks
Once your order is placed, your rug enters production: sourcing and dyeing the fibre, weaving or knotting on the loom, washing, drying, trimming and a final quality check. Natural dyeing and hand construction all take real time — there are no shortcuts to a well-made rug, and we won't pretend otherwise to quote you a faster number. We'll email you with your estimated completion date and let you know promptly if anything changes.
2. Delivery — free, tracked, door to door
Once your rug is finished, it's carefully rolled, wrapped and shipped directly from our workshop to you — free of charge, to every country in the world. You'll receive full tracking details by email the moment it leaves us.
Customs & import duties
Most of our international orders clear customs smoothly and without any hassle. In some countries, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes on arrival — these are set by your government and vary by destination, so we're unable to include them in our pricing upfront. If anything does come up, your courier will walk you through it, and our team is always on hand to help. It's a routine part of international shipping and nothing to be concerned about.
Getting ready for delivery
Please make sure someone's available to receive the rug and that your delivery address is accurate — large rolled rugs can be heavy, and couriers may need reasonable access to your door. Inspect the packaging on arrival, and if anything looks damaged, note it with the courier before signing.

We ship worldwide, with no exceptions. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing — we'll always give you a realistic estimate and keep you updated along the way.
