How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one working day, wherever you are. If your question is about sizing, include the room measurements and a photo and we can answer it in a single reply rather than three.
Where is my order?
Every order ships with tracking from the day it leaves the workshop, sent to the email address used at checkout. If the tracking has not moved in five working days, message us with the order number and we will chase it.
I want to return something
Message us within thirty days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange the return. The rug needs to be in the condition it arrived in, minus normal use.
Can I order a size that is not listed?
Often, yes. Custom sizes are made to order at the workshop and take longer, so tell us the dimensions and the room and we will come back with a price and a timeline.
