We follow up with every customer a few weeks after delivery — enough time to actually live with the rug, not just unbox it — to ask how it's settling in, whether it matched what they expected, and whether the made-to-order wait felt worth it. That feedback shapes everything from which designs we keep making to how we describe colour and texture on product pages.
