Building a rug brand the slow way
We're a small, considered team building Monolith and Heart one collection at a time — prioritising craftsmanship, fair partnerships and design we're genuinely proud of over speed or scale for its own sake. That shows up in how we hire, too: we're looking for people who'd rather do one thing properly than five things fast.
What we look for
We don't have a long checklist. Mostly, we're looking for people who care — about good design, about the artisans who make what we sell, about getting the small details of a customer's order right even when nobody's checking. Experience in home goods, textiles or ecommerce helps, but it's never the whole story.
