What discount do trade accounts get?
Every approved trade account starts on our Studio tier at 20% off, with Atelier (25%) and Partner (30%) as your studio orders with us more — your contact moves you up as the relationship grows, and your new pricing shows up in your dashboard right away.
Is there a minimum order to open a trade account?
No. We'd simply like to understand how we can be useful to your work before we set things up.
How long does approval take?
We personally review every application and reply within two business days.
Can I get samples before I order?
Yes — trade accounts get priority access to swatches and samples ahead of a full commission.
What's the lead time on a made-to-order rug?
Every rug is made to order by hand, so plan for a 4–6 week making window before it ships — we'll confirm exact dates once your spec is locked in.
Can you customise an existing design?
In most cases, yes — size, colourway and, where feasible, fibre can be adjusted on existing designs to fit your project.
Do you work with hospitality or commercial projects?
Yes — alongside residential interior designers, we work with architects, stylists, boutique retailers and hospitality or commercial specifiers who source rugs often enough that a standing relationship makes sense.
Can I get a spec sheet or tear sheet for a client presentation?
Yes — request one for any piece from your Trade Account dashboard, or ask your contact directly and we'll send it over.
What happens if something arrives damaged or not as specified?
Tell your contact and we'll replace or repair it — there's no fee and no lengthy back-and-forth for a genuine fault. See our full warranty for details.
