Shipping policy

Free shipping, worldwide. Every order ships to your door at no cost, wherever you are in the world.

Made to order. Each rug is hand-knotted to order by our artisans. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your piece to be crafted and delivered — this timeframe covers both making and shipping.

Order tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and full tracking details the moment your rug leaves our workshop. We're always reachable at contact@monolithandheart.com if you'd like an update along the way.

Customs & import duties. Most of our international orders clear customs smoothly and without issue. In some countries, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes on arrival — these are set by your government and vary by destination, so we're unable to include them upfront. If anything does arise, your courier will guide you through it, and we're always here to help. It's a routine part of international shipping and nothing to worry about.

Delivery address. Please double-check your address at checkout — we want your rug to find you without any detours.
