How it works

Order your rug
Choose your size and colourway. It ships rolled and protected, with your 30-day trial starting the day it arrives.
Step 2
Live with it for 30 days
Walk on it, move furniture onto it, see it in daylight and lamplight. Normal daily use is exactly what the trial is for.
Step 3
Keep it, or send it back
Love it? Do nothing it's yours. Not quite right? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return.
What counts as "trial condition"
Normal use is expected and completely fine footprints, light furniture indentation, and everyday wear from living with the rug don't affect your return.
To qualify for a return, the rug should be free of stains, pet damage, tears, or odours (smoke, cooking, pet), and returned in the same general condition it arrived in.
If you're unsure whether something qualifies, send us a photo before shipping it back we'll tell you plainly rather than surprise you at the other end.

Trial FAQ
Does the trial cost anything?
No it's completely free. The 30-day trial is automatically included with every single rug. There are no hidden fees, no complicated signup codes, and no gimmicks. Just unroll it and let your room decide.
What if I want a different size or colour instead of a refund?
We've got you covered. Both exchanges and returns are fully available. If a different size or colour that suits your space better, we cover the return shipping completely on exchanges so you can swap it effortlessly.
Can I still return it after 30 days?
We know life gets busy. While 30 days is plenty of time to live with the rug, a 1- or 2-day delay is never an issue - we're human and we understand. Beyond that, 30 days serves as our standard guideline to keep things fair.
Do I need the original packaging?
Not at all. Don't worry about keeping a giant box around your house. Just ship it back securely in whatever packaging keeps it safe and clean during transit.
Can I test the rug with my pets or under heavy furniture?
Yes, absolutely. Normal daily use including furniture indents, footprints, and everyday living with pets is exactly what the trial is designed for. We want you to see how it performs in real life, not a showroom.
