A photo can't tell you how a rug feels underfoot, how it reads in your light, or how it sits with furniture you already own. So instead of asking you to trust a screen, we send the rug to your actual room first — and let you decide with thirty days, not thirty seconds.
How it works
Step 1
Order your rug
Choose your size and colourway. It ships rolled and protected, with your 30-day trial starting the day it arrives.
Step 2
Live with it for 30 days
Walk on it, move furniture onto it, see it in daylight and lamplight. Normal daily use is exactly what the trial is for.
Step 3
Keep it, or send it back
Love it? Do nothing — it's yours. Not quite right? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return.
What counts as "trial condition"
Normal use is expected and completely fine — footprints, light furniture indentation, and everyday wear from living with the rug don't affect your return.
To qualify for a return, the rug should be free of stains, pet damage, tears, or odours, and returned in the same general condition it arrived in.
If you're unsure whether something qualifies, send us a photo before shipping it back.
Starting a return

We arrange pickup or a label
