What size rug do I need?

In a living room the front legs of every seat should sit on the rug. In a bedroom, extend at least 60cm past the sides of the bed. Send us your measurements and we will confirm before you order.

Which fibre suits my room?

Wool for warmth and colour that holds, jute or hemp for hallways and dining rooms that take heavy footfall, wool and viscose blends for low-traffic bedrooms and studies where you want sheen.

Can I see it in my room before I commit?

On any product with a 3D model you can tap View in your room to place the rug through your phone camera. And every rug comes with a 30-day room trial, so you can live with it at home and return it if the room disagrees.

What if it is wrong for the room?

You have thirty days from delivery. Contact us and we will arrange the return, provided the rug is in the condition it arrived in, minus normal use.
